Bistero sells one product: an elastic bracelet of red round beads with a green stone charm in a gold-tone setting and a small gold-tone coin charm. It comes in one size only — 18 cm — and that is the whole range. There is nothing to add to the order later and nothing that gets charged after the parcel arrives.
We chose the design for the way it looks: deep red beads, a green stone set in gold-tone metal and a cord that slips over the hand without a clasp. Everything we say about the bracelet describes the measurements and what is in the box — the full list is further down this page.
To be perfectly clear. We sell this bracelet as decorative jewellery. We do not claim — nor do we allow our advertising to claim — that it protects, heals, attracts or changes anything. The beads are strung by hand and no two stones are identical, so the shade and the markings vary from piece to piece and the length may differ by up to 1 cm; that is the nature of the material, not a fault. This product is not a toy and contains small parts — keep it out of reach of children under three. If you have a known metal allergy, please note that the metal parts are plated alloy.

How much is it and when does it arrive?
The bracelet is €25.00 including VAT, shipping is €5.00 per order and free over €50.00. We process orders within 1–2 business days and delivery takes 5–10 days from our warehouse in the European Union. We email you a tracking number as soon as the parcel is on its way.
Does it fit everyone?
The cord is elastic and measures 18 cm at rest, and it stretches over the hand, so it fits most adult wrists. If it does not fit, you have 30 days to ask for a refund.
How do I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), with Google Pay or Apple Pay, or with PayPal. You choose the payment method in step three of the checkout and the price is the same either way. We never see or store your card details or your PayPal password. More on the payment security page.
What exactly do you claim about the bracelet?
Only what can be checked: the workmanship, the materials, the size, the delivery time and the price. We sell the bracelet as decorative jewellery and we do not claim that it has any effect on health, luck, money or relationships — no such effect has been demonstrated and we do not promise one. We say so on this page as well.
Can I return the bracelet?
Yes. By law you have 14 days from delivery, and on top of that we give you a 30-day money-back guarantee — one email is enough. The procedure is set out in our returns and complaints policy.
